When you sign up, you’ll get our Sports Day Planning Guide to use as your “bible” — everything you need to organise a brilliant, inclusive Sports Day.
Alongside that, you’ll get a simple KS1 programme and KS2 programme to help children practise the key athletics skills in the run-up to Sports Day. Each lesson is written to work in two ways:
Warm-ups are included too, using short Active Blasts, so children are ready to move and teachers can keep things safe, calm and fun.

Morning: Traditional races
Classic races that build atmosphere and whole-school excitement (with simple points scoring).

Short, 10-minute activity stations with quick transitions, run as a rotation — designed for participation, teamwork and fun.
