Children’s Mental Health Week: “This Is My Place”

This Is My Place… To Move with imoves and Davies Sports

A complete movement & play toolkit for Children’s Mental Health Week 2026

We’ve teamed up with Davies Sports and aligned with Place2Be’s “Where is my place?” theme to create a special Children’s Mental Health Week collection inside imoves.  In one place, you’ll find:

  • Short active blasts, yoga and mindfulness movies
  • Easy, low-prep lessons for classroom, hall and playground
  • New Active resources linked to Place2Be's resources pack
  • Links to Davies Sports play packs and dance accessories that help turn any space into a welcoming, active space

All designed so you can explore belonging and mental health with your class in small, doable bursts of movement – not “one more big project”.

BONUS: Resources are available for 4 weeks from 19th Jan - Feb 15th 2026

“This is my place… to move.”

We don’t just talk about belonging – we move, play and dance in ways that help every child feel:

  1. “I have a place in my body.”
  2. “I have a place in this classroom.”
  3. “I have a place in this school.”

Place2Be provides the theme and reflection questions.

imoves provides the guided movement journeys.

Davies Sports provides the simple kit that makes it feel real and fun.
