3. What is included in Active Learning?

4. What is physically active learning?

5. Is Active Learning the same as PE?
No. PE teaches physical skills, knowledge and understanding. Active Learning uses movement within classroom learning and throughout the wider school day.

Resources are available from EYFS to Year 6, with activities designed for children aged 4–11.
10. What are Active Blasts?
Active Blasts are short follow-along movement activities designed for moments when children need to get active, focused or calm.
