It's that time of year again – Walk to School Week is back from 15th to 19th May!
And what does that mean? Summer is just around the corner!
So, it's time to lace up your walking shoes and encourage your kids to be more active during this 5-day challenge.
Not only is it a great opportunity to help children reach their minimum 60 minutes of exercise per day, but walking to school also has so many benefits!
Your pupils will be happier, healthier, and more energised to learn.
Over the years, the WTSO project has successfully encouraged thousands of extra children and adults to walk to school. It's pretty amazing, don't you think?
We're not the ones organising this initiative, but we love it nonetheless. By taking part in Walk to School Week, you'll be helping to create a culture of physical activity and healthy living in your school community.
Because we all know that regular exercise is key to keeping our children healthy and happy.
So, let's get moving!
Thanks for all that you do to support our kids!
