You’ll explore three key areas of wellbeing:

Emotional wellbeing – recognising feelings, building resilience, helping children regulate and bounce back

Social wellbeing – friendships, belonging, kindness, conflict, and what it looks like to be a good friend

Physical wellbeing – simple movement and healthy habits that support mood, energy and readiness to learn

Children’s emotions and relationships don’t stay at the door when the bell goes.  And as teachers, we’re often the first to spot when something feels “off”,  anxiety, low mood, friendship fallouts, big feelings, or children who are quietly struggling.
