Q: Can we use the discount on any other programmes?
Yes! You can use your 50% discount voucher for any new Primary PE, Active 30 or Active Schools subscription, helping you get the resources your school needs for less.
Q: Can I see a demo or samples of your resources before I decide?
A: Absolutely! We understand the importance of evaluating educational resources before making a commitment. You can sign up for a FREE trial here or by contacting our support team directly on EMAIL.
Q: What if I'm not ready to make a purchase decision by the 30th April deadline?
A: That’s ok. Just register your interest before the 30th April to secure your Spring Super Saver Voucher. This then gives you an additional 12 weeks to finalise your decision and arrange funding, ensuring you don't miss out on the savings.
Q: How does the optional onboarding work?
A: Our optional onboarding is designed to help you and your staff get up and running with imoves as smoothly as possible. These sessions cover everything from accessing and navigating the platform to integrating our resources into your existing curriculum.
Q: What happens after I fill in the form to claim my discount?
A: Once you submit the form, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Spring Super Saver Voucher and further instructions on how to redeem your discount. Our customer support team will also be available to assist you with any questions or help you might need throughout the process.
Q: When does payment for the subscription need to be made?
A: Once you fill in the registration form, you’ll be sent a discount voucher. This voucher is valid for 12 weeks, giving you plenty of time to arrange financing or budget approvals. This flexibility is designed to accommodate your financial planning process, making it easier to commit without immediate financial pressure.
Q: Can we spread the payments?
A: Yes. You can pay for your subscription in one payment at the time of signing up, or you can split the subscription between two payments, due in April and October to work in line with the funding schedule.
Q: Is there support available if I have questions or need assistance after subscribing?
A: Yes, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional support to our customers. You'll have direct contact with a dedicated imoves helper—not a salesperson—who will be there to assist with any queries or support you may need.
