How can we help you?

Here's some answers to frequently asked questions to help you!

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a membership cost?
We now only have memberships for whole schools, whether that's primary, infant or junior. Full details of all our memberships can be found on the 'Pricing' page on our homepage. If you are a small school then email us for a discount.
How can I pay for imoves?
You can pay using either a debit / credit card; and there is also an option to invoice for schools in the UK. Click on the 'Upgrade' button on the platform, or the 'Pricing' page on the homepage, choose a membership and follow the instructions.
What are the technical requirements?
All you need is a modern web browser and suitable device - our programmes can run on Windows, Mac OSX, iPhone, iPad, Android tablet or other smartphone. We recommend a minimum download speed of 5MB/s.
Is imoves available offline?
No, the number of resources available mean the only way we can provide instant access is through the use of an online digital platform.
How do I renew?
Monthly memberships renew automatically every month. Annual school memberships also roll over; we'll automatically send you a renewal invoice a month before your renewal is due.
How can I reset my password?
Go to the log in page, click on reset my password, and we'll send you an email for you to reset your password.
Can I speak to a member school?
Yes. If you would like speak to other schools or teachers about the effect imoves has had on their pupils, please 'Contact Us' and we'll put you in touch with a school in your area that is already enjoying imoves.
Do teachers have to join in?
No, but its more fun if you do! We all have times when we can't really join in so teachers don't have to if they don't want to. However, if you do, we're sure you'll love it as much as the children do!
I'm not very active myself! Does this really mean I can easily get the kids active?
Yes. The resources are designed for both specialists and non-specialists to be able to teach all aspects of PE, such as dance and gymnastics, as well getting the kids active across the school day; whether that's at break, in maths, English, science or humanitites. It really is that simple!
Who can I use these resources with?
The resources have been designed and developed for ages between 4 and 11. All resources are categorised by age range so it couldn't be simpler to find what's right for your children.
Where can I use these resources?
The resources can be used in anywhere with an internet connection; in school halls, at home, in classrooms or even outside!
Do teachers need any special training?
No, all training is provided in video form, including introductory videos explaining how to use the platform and detailed information on how to use the lesson plans.
