The well-being, mental health and happiness of children is becoming a huge issue for our schools. Activity supports our children's mental health by raising levels of serotonin and noradrenaline so any activity supports well-being, mental health and happiness.
In addtion to this, we also have our range of mindfulness resources which supports pupil wellbeing. These are different exercises to support topics ranging from anxiety, friendships, confidence and realtionships.
The example here looks at stress relief and how pupils can use this simple routine to feel more at ease if they are feeling stressed or in a stressful situation.
