  • Strength Theory - This activity is an extension of Mighty Mondays strength activity.
  • Use the muscle man pictures to work out the muscles that are being used for each activity.
Note to parents
Make sure your child's table or chair is secure and that it will not tip over or move in any way. Do not use a folding chair or a chair with wheels. Supervise your child at all times when doing chair or table based exercises and activities.
