Strong Core - Part A

  • This activity is based around strengthening the core of the body to improve overall strength and endurance for everyday activities and sport.
  • Play the movie and have a chair to hand!
Note to parents
Make sure your child's chair is secure and that it will not tip over or move in any way. Do not use a folding chair or a chair with wheels. Supervise your child at all times when doing chair based exercises and activities.
