  • Join in with the moves in the Part A performance video. This will show you how all the moves fit together safely.
  • Then practice the moves one by one with the video, learning different levels for each movement.
  • Now practice the moves one by one using the picture cards. Ask a grown up to help you get in to each position safely.
  • For Part B, you are going to use the moves on the picture cards and get creative!
  • Download the worksheet to help you create your movements.
  • Play the music and do the movements using the worksheet to help you if you need it.
