  • Children need a chair to sit on and a little bit of space around the chair.
  • Simply play the movie and off you go!
Note to parents
Make sure your child's chair is secure and that it will not tip over or move in any way. Do not use a folding chair or a chair with wheels. Supervise your child at all times when doing chair based exercises and activities.
