  • Try out our Cheer Challenge and look for improvements in big strong movements and timing throughout.
  • We use a chair and the space around the chair to get funky in your home.
  • Simply play the movie and have fun!
Note to parents
Make sure your child's chair is secure and that it will not tip over or move in any way. Do not use a folding chair or a chair with wheels. Supervise your child at all times when doing chair based exercises and activities.
