Strong Hearts Part A (heart rate monitoring)

  • Follow along to the movie and have fun burning some energy in this 9 - minute blast of fitness fun!
  • Grab a chair and make sure it's on a non-slip surface.
  • Take your pulse rate for 10 seconds after each exercise in the rest period.
  • Go for it!
Note to parents
Make sure your child's chair is secure and that it will not tip over or move in any way. Do not use a folding chair or a chair with wheels. Supervise your child at all times when doing chair based exercises and activities.
