This 30-minute webinar will demonstrate how you can incorporate effective mindfulness activities into the school day; whether that be in dance, gymnastic or classroom-based lessons. Using 4 key topics including friendship, resilience, anxiety and confidence, you will discover how mindfulness can help children to focus, regulate moods and manage stress and anxiety.
